MICHELE NEULAND

Consultant, Trainer, Agile Coach & Facilitator

Michèle is an accomplished and innovative international consultant and organizational developer with a proven career track record that began in general management for a production company and a publishing house. In 1998, she founded her own training and consulting company, Neuland & Partner - Development and Training. With her slogan "Passion for Development", she built her company into one of the market leaders in the field of human resources and organizational development. Michele handed over Neuland Partners for Development & Training GmbH & Co.KG to selected employees of her company at the end of 2018. Since December 2018, she has been working full-time in consulting and organizational development.

SARAH NEULAND

Consultant, Trainer & Agile Coach

Sarah is a dedicated trainer and agile coach. She graduated top of her class with a Bachelor of Science (Honour) from Coventry University in the UK. From a young age, she has held leadership positions and managed teams. As an agile coach and trainer, she accompanies individuals and teams. She completed her trainer and coach training at Neuland & Partner.

NEULAND & PARTNER IS FOUNDED

Neuland & Partner was founded in 1998 by Michele Neuland and two other partners. It is one of Germany's leading training and consulting companies and specializes in leadership, communication, train-the-trainer, and organizational development.

2018

NEULAND PARTNERS IS SOLD TO EMPLOYEES

After the change of the corporate form, Neuland Partners for Development & Training is sold to Ilona Wehner, Sabine & Martin Merdes. Ilona was the long-time operational managing director and Martin was the head of a subdivision of Neuland Partners.
